Gay oral sex with only precum Please answer!

I've read around the forum trying to find something as close to my encounter as possible and I just wanted someone to answer my specific question.
I recently engaged in oral unprotected contact with another man whose HIV status/other STDs is unknown. I performed oral sex on him for a total of about 20 seconds and he did not ejaculate. I'm just worried about the possibility of precum infecting me in my mouth. Prior to this incident, 17 days earlier, I had oral surgery to remove my 4 wisdom teeth. They healed very quickly and never bled easily or felt sore. I think they were healed by the time of the oral contact (there was evidence of holes/sockets left in my mouth but there was NO blood/soreness close to the day of the exposure). They never got infected either. My doctor even told me they looked pretty well healed (which she told me 3 days after the oral contact). I know this forum gets a LOT of oral sex/hiv questions but I would really like some responses in regards to my specific occurance to help ease my mind. it's been exactly a week since the oral contact and I know that an HIV test won't show me an accurate result until at least 4 weeks. Thank you all so much for reading this.

Gon, Syphillis and Chlamydia will all, I believe, show up in a blood test more quickly than HIV. Hmmm, as I think about this, I may be wrong about that. Sorry, I am out of practice as I have not posted here in a while.

Having said that, most doctors, based upon anecdotal evidence and direct observation, will just go ahead and prescribe a Z-pack or some other antibiotic (cocktail?) if you are worried about a curable STD, or the doctor is worried about an STD. In other words, say you go to your doctor with a slight burning sensation in your penis. The doctor may, and this is likely, take a sample and send it off, and, before the results are even known, prescribe an antibiotic. Meaning, of course, that, assuming you start taking it, the infection, whatever it is, is being taken care of even before the test results get back.

So, and this is the point, rather than wait for some time in the future when a possible infection may show up on a test result, why not go and talk to your doctor now?

As for your other question, I agree with the many knowledgeable posters who posted before me: no chance of HIV.

Take care!

Thank you all so much.. I feel a lot better. I haven't developed any real symptoms for other stds but i'm still going to get tested for them. do other stds (gon, syph, chlam) show up in a blood test faster than HIV would ie. after a week or something?

Hi Daniel,

Oral sex is still a low risk but a risk......
Go for a 6 weeks test or 12 weeks for conclusive.

Teak/Lizzie.....come on you guys, a risk is still a risk....

Good luck Daniel,
FWK

in your case...since there was no risk...YOUR 4 week test IS conclusive.

do you think a 4 week test will be conclusive?
I'm just very very paranoia about this and am dreading waiting so long for testing!
