Do I have the risk of getting HIV

Sir 40 days back I met a person in a garden and we began with. He masturbated me but not untill I came. But in the middle of session I asked him to open his pant. He opened his pant and underwear and I did not touch his penis. Again he closed his underwear and starting mastrubating me. I think there was pre-cum on his fingers which masterbated my penis. I do not know his HIV status. I had Western blot test on the 30th day which was indeterminate with only p66 band seed. Help me

He is correct, even if he masturbated you and his hands were covered in semen it would not be a risk. Why?  Because HIV is transmitted INSIDE the body not outside.
