can anyone help me with this? hearing different views even from doctors..

Can someone settle this?

You see HIV infection leaflets saying that you don't need to have chafing or bleeding if having anal intercourse as it can transmit through the mucus membranes:

Then doctors, health advisors say that there needs to be blood or chafing to get HIV.

There are so many views bandying about. Which is correct?

any unprotected exposure is enough to transmit hiv

unprotected vaginal or anal sex, sharing IV drugs ....thats risk

I'm not planning on unprotected sex. I just want to know correct info .and why there is so much incorrect stuff floating about.
