ARS

I have been feeling like my cheeks have been swollen for the past two days.  It has steadily gotten worse and now I believe my Salivary Glands are swollen.  My cheeks are definitely feeling swollen and my mouth is dry with little saliva production.

I don't have a fever and don't feel like any other nodes are swollen though I get pains once in awhile under my arm pits.  My throat feels sore.

This is 16 days after I had protected sex with a Malaysian CSW.  I didn't think the condom broke at the time, but I think that is the case now.

Do these symptoms slowly ramp up or would they come all at once?

I also have a sore throat.  Can this be the beginning with a strong fever, etc appearing later today or tonight?

"Can be"...ARS does not come as 1 symptom. Nothing to do with HIV..

Did you read the site?  It clearly states that this condition can be associated with an infection of HIV.

Vance, I agree.  I had been drinking before hand and maybe I just blacked it out.  I definitely remember her not reacting strangely, but then again she only speak Chinese and not a lick of English.

bmthbloke, according to (http://www.patient.co.uk/doctor/salivary-gland-disorders) this is an initial reaction to HIV.

It doesn't look like there is much else that can cause this issue, so I am really at a loss for words.

Come all at once. Cheeks is not a symptoms of ars anyway.

If the condom broke you would know as it tears right down to the rim.

I don't think you have anything to worry about
