I had sex with an older unknown woman and worried

Basically I got pretty drunk and met a woman in her late 30's or 40's who I ended up having sex with in a park. I shouldn't of done it but I'm eighteen and at the time was thinking that it was an exciting opportunity because she was older. Anyway she did say I had to make sure I had a condom, which I did but it wouldn't fit properly (was tight and didn't stretch over the full length of penis, but most of it). Long story short she kept licking my ear and I pulled my head away each time. I ended up having vaginal sex with her on and off for around 3 minutes maximum. As far as I know the condom was intact the whole time, after I even held it to the light to check but couldn't see anything.

This was Saturday night and now on Monday I have woken up and noticed my lymph nodes in my groin may be swollen a little but I'm not sure? I'm not sure if that's how they're meant to be because I don't really look around that area but decided to just for the incident on Saturday. I also felt a slight lump in my neck but again I don't know if its me or if its like that already.

I will go doctors in a months time and have the HIV test with all the other tests, but for now what is my risk?
How can I tell if my lymph nodes are swollen or normal size? They are painless..

ARS symptoms are very high fever, rash on trunk-torso and very sore throat, you experienced none of these symptoms and your penerative sex was protected.Don,t know what doctor you were talking to about your episode but they don,t know anything about hiv transmission if they gave you that advice.

I'm only paranoid for the fact I have been told to go to my GP (by the doctor I saw) for full tests and most commonly lymph nodes swell due to infection. Scary. I'll try not to get depressed and worried but it is hard.

Your paranoia is taking over from your ability to think rationally.Fact-You never had a risk of hiv transmission and never required any testing. That simple.

Just came back from doctors who said my lymph nodes are swollen slighlty, one on the neck and a couple on the groin. He did say it was most likely too soon for it to be from the sexual contact I had as I discovered the lymph nodes the following day, but I'm so scared. I keep getting anxiety attacks and feel like my life isn't worth living knowing I could have to wait months for a result. They did a urine sample which he put something in and confirmed I have no infection. I'm not sure what to think. I feel too depressed to do anything with myself... I had a HIV and urine test done around a month and a half to two months after my last sexual encounter which came back negative.

I did forget to mention I had two insect bites about half way up my penis from a previous night. I know these are bug bites because I get bitten all the time and I have bites around ankle and thigh. I had this prior to having sex, but could that have any effect of me transmitting something?

You don't have an HIV concern nor do you need an HIV test.

Hey dude my friend getitright77 is once again right. Nothing to worry about. The condoms never go all the way to the base of the penis. And most of the time after 2-3 pushes it wil end up at about half of the length of you penis. So dont stress. YOU ARE SAFE.
I think i was an exiting opportunity. And i think you did good to have sex with her. It doesn't matter if she is older or you being 18. I think that the fact that you protected yourself intelligently by putting a condom shows that you are mature enough to have sex.

But that just my opinion.....
YOU ARE FINE you dont need a test.
Your lymph nodes can be examined by a general pathologist.
but i think you are over reacting on thins one.
I think that if the lymph nodes where enlarged you could see it.

As long as the head of your penis was protected by the condom then your safe and never had a risk of hiv transmission.Your symptoms therefore are not hiv related and no testing is required for this incident.
