Need advice - exposure and symptoms

This is my 12th day of exposure.  I receivd a lap dance at a strip club and ended up performing oral sex on the stripper for 5-10 seconds.  This was long enough to notice vaginal fluids on my lips.  I also inserted my fnger into her Vagina and had a possible cut.  By the end of the dance I came to find out she was more of a SW than striper as she offered other services which I declined.  At 6 days expsoure I started developing a sore throat.  At 8 days I had diarhhea.  At day 9,10, and 11 I had a fever.  II've also had body aches, and numbness in my etremities. Visible rash durng fever periods which subsides when fever goes down.  I'm freaking out and can barely funciton.  I don't sleep and can't concentrate.  The timing of symptoms seems too coincidental. I wish it didn't take so long to get tested.  Help, Help, Help.
What are my risks of HIV?
How do I explain the symtoms?
Is there a test I can take earlier?  RNA or DNA test?  How long do I wait?  Do normal doctor offices administer these tests?

Thanks for advise.  At three weeks should I have the DUO test?  Do I need to wait for 28th day? I had fever again yesterday and have pan in back of my neck.  I know the talk says not t trust the symptoms but they are hard to ignore. Lower back has been stiff for days and  I think I may have a small rash on my feet too.  Where does the rash typically break out?  Still very scared...

If you have a fear..u need to get tested...u need to test at 3 weeks...but now depending upon ur mental attitude..which will surely vary in between..maybe u wud like or not to have a test at 6 weeks and then conclude at 3 months...now it is for sure if ur worried of having hiv...u sud not indulge in unprotected relationship..it is not that you may infect ur partner (as it is ur risk in almost non existant)..it is just that if u have unprotected sex with ur partner..u may have the guilt that what if am positive...and believe me this will really affect ur mental balance..having said all that..now its up to u..take care..god bless..cheers

Thanks so much for the reply.  I am smokeless tobacco user so I worry that I had cuts in my mouth as well.  I also though that ARS demonstrated flu like symptoms?  I can't figure out shy esle I would have a fever.  Do normal Doctor offices offer HIV DUO?  Your replys are reassuring by I don't think I'll be able to relax until  I get a negative test!
Do you think I can proceed with my normal love life (current realtionship I am in) without fear?

Noone has ever contracted HIV from hand to genital contact on either side. I dont think anyone got HIV from cunnilungus either. The odds of that are probably 1/20000.

In my opinion, there is almost no risk for your position.
Anxiety causes simple disfunctions such as diarhhea, sore throat.
Take HIV duo test after 28 days of exposure. (I recommend Vidas Hiv Duo)
But in my opinion, you do not need any test.
Hiv is not a kind of flu virus.
Read forum , search your subject and relax.
