Abrassion on urethra & condom-protected sex

I had an abrassion on my urethra from repeated rubbing of loose underwear.  Six weeks ago it felt somewhat healed (but still there) and I visited a CSW.  First, she "cleaned" my penis with a wet towel and I could feel a little burning sensation from that near my urethra.  Then I put on a condom and we have sex.  When I'm done, she says "I will take care of it" and proceeds to remove the condom with a wet wipe.  She also wipes my penis with the same wipe she used to remove the condom.  Again, I felt a small burning sensation.  Twenty minutes later I put on another condom and we have sex again.  When I finish this time, I let the condom stay on longer and I remove it carefully, trying to avoid any possible fluids on it to touch the tip of my penis.

She claimed that she always uses condoms.

1. What is my risk of HIV infection if she was infected?
2. Would a rapid Ora-quick test at 8 weeks be definitive?

Thanks

You never had an exposure and you never needed testing.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

My concern is that the wipe might have carried some vaginal fluid to my abraded urethra.  May I ask again if this would be of concern? Do I need to test?
