I am worried about a exposure. May you please tell me when you talk about the conclusiveness of the 4th generation HIV test? are you referring to 4th generation lab test or 4th generation rapid test? Is CE marked Alere HIV Combo conclusive at 28 days? Different countries have different guidelines, One of the Clinic in Singapore considers it conclusive at 28 days. If i take the test at 28 days, will it be conclusive?

Any 4 gen test is a combo test, there are different brands and methods for testing however, it's the AG/AB sandwich that is administered on a 4 gen test. Yes at 28 days a duo can yield it's best result.

Thank you very for your response. So a 4th generation rapid test at 28 days can be considered as conclusive and no need to repeat the test..
