HIV transmission

Is it an HIV exposure if someone gets a lap dance where the stripper is fully nude and the client who is fully clothed touchs the strippers genitals on the outside using his fingers. Could the HIV virus enter the clients body through his fingers as a consquence of touching her genitals assuming there might be tiny cuts that might not be visible. Should a person get tested after this type of encounter in which there was no genital to genital or oral intercourse? Also can anxiety over HIV transmission cause fever, fatigue and canker sores?
Thanks..

I read I believe on the body website it said that any break down in the integrity of the skin could be a route for HIV to enter wouldnt those three things you described be considered a break down in the integrity of the skin. I apologize but I cant seem to understand why a small skin cut on finger wouldnt allow HIV to enter

HIV is not transmitted by fingering with small cuts, abrasions or pulled cuticles.

Hi, so are you saying that HIV does cannout enter through miner slits or cuts on the finger? If for example if for example the skin around my nail peeled of which presented a tiny cut wouldnt this be a rowat for HIV to enter?
