Am I a Rapid progressor :'( HELP (Turkey)

My symptoms are :
* gingivitis (gum recession) (I have bad oral habits/hygiene)
* lower back pain (I workout as well)
* hair folliculitis (scalp) (I shaved my hair very short it could be razor burn)
* bowel movements (maybe due to anxiety/stress)
* fatigue

My sad story goes like this :
I am gay and I had my very first sexual encounter on 25th of March (with my boyfriend)...
it was foreplay only (unprotected oral sex included no ejaculation).
on 8th of April we had anal sex (protected)
then we broke up.

On the 22nd of April I had (protected anal sex) (unprotected oral sex) (deep kissing) with my date (now my boyfriend) .
3 days later I had a cold sore outbreak followed by a swollen tonsil that healed a few days later.
episodes of night sweats that are gone now - low appetite (no weight loss) - episodes of dry mouth (and frequent urination due to the amount of water i drank)
I have now posterior cervical lymph node enlargement (painless) on the left side (>1 cm in diameter)...
3 days of a severe fatigue...

My boyfriend also experienced flu-like symptoms the very next day we had an intercourse
And now he is having muscle aches - Receding Gums
* Plus I found out later that he had had unprotected anal sex (on 8th of March)
He got tested after 7 weeks after his unprotected sexual encounter and came back negative
he's gonna get tested after 2 week ago for a conclusive result

the total number of the people i had sex with are two-  in my entire life
the first sexual encounter is 59 days ago
the lase was 31 days ago

Am I a rapid progressor?
If I am so, what should i do? will I be able to live a relatively long life?
I want to live... Please help me... My parents, my family, my friends knows I'm a very good person (I truly am) I will lose them all if i came out as and HIV+ not to mention I didn't came out as a gay yet.
I live in Turkey and I'm not sure what kind of treatment is available here...

I need you
is there a hope for me? of any kind?

As long as there are no cuts in your mouth, I don't think you need to be worry about getting HIV.

You need to tell the differences between cold sores and herpes. (you might need to ask this in herpes community).

Why don't you have an appointment with dentist for receding gums?

Not possible, it depends on the general health of the person, can't say for sure, but definitely not less than 2 months. It usually takes years.

Thank you dear for caring :)

There is a layer of tartar that needs to be removed (never got it removed before)
I have an appointment with a dentist tomorrow...

Plus one last stupidity of mine was that I kissed my boyfriend while my cold sore were in the healing process - he had one too... and that was 25 days ago...
I did some research and I found out that it is HSV (I didn't have a decent knowledge about std back then)...
No I am totally fine with HSV as long it is a matter of anything but HIV

I'm not sure about the receding gums thing wether it has started a while ago or it is a recent thing but at least I can tell that there is enough recession for me to notice...

is it possible for one to progress to aids that fast (in a matter of a month or two) if that was the case ?

No documented evidence that unprotected oral sex leads to HIV. The risk for contracting oral sex in your case is likely zero. The only thing i am worrying about is your bad oral hygiene (how bad is your oral health before your oral sex?).

Protected oral sex has perhaps zero risk for contracting HIV which i do think you are overly stressing yourself.

I don't think you should be concerned with contracting HIV.
