HIV testing accuracy?

Two different situations.
I am a female and had unprotected sex once with a male of unknown HIV status. He did not ejaculate inside of me, or at all. I tested negative using a Rapid test at Planned Parenthood at the 5 week mark and was negative. Can this be considered accurate at all?
Also, what is the risk of contracting HIV through swallowing semen following an oral sex encounter? Again, unknown HIV status but I did not see any sores or recognize any open cuts in my mouth.

Yes, certainly there was a bit of less risk involved that way but my point is a risk is a risk. How would it help you quantifying a risk? At this point in time you could just go and take any standard antibody test to put your mind at ease. Also you have a 5 weeks negative, that is a strong indicator, I do not see that changing.

So having swollen lymph nodes now at 12 weeks wouldnt be related?
Symptoms aren't used by HIV doctors to diagnose because they also occur with  other causes and diseases, so you shouldn't try to self-diagnose HIV from what you feel are "symptoms" either. It is just going to make you anxious because it cannot provide any answers, so only the testing psyntax listed will be conclusive.

5 week negative was very indicative. However a 6 week is necessary to rule out HIV conclusively. Your result changing ahead at 6th week is unlikely.

Consumption of semen is not the right mechanism of HIV transmission. Even if you had sores or small cuts in your mouth the virus couldn't have been transmitted.

Its been about 12 weeks now since the first exposure & I am going crazy. Would you consider my risk to be low as he did not ejaculate? Also I am feeling my lymph nodes in multiple places. Am i just overthinking this whole thing?
