Am I at risk of an STI STD HIV AIDS?

I recently had a crazy weekend in Mexico over memorial day weekend. Not only once did I had oral and intercourse I am afraid that I may be at risk of a STD.

1st encounter - Protected oral and vagina sex. We used two condoms for each act. But in between the sex she rubbed her vagina on my penis (not inserted) and then when we had protected sex again she put on the second.

I went back to the hotel and washed myself thoroughly. VERY stupid of myself I found rubbing alcohol and that was a big mistake. There wasn't any soap around. I was nervous.

2nd encounter - My friend gave me a Viagra and then engaged in protected oral and vagina sex all the way through. We kissed, made out, and thats what scares me from this encounter. Condoms never broke and my cum stayed inside. Washed off with soap and water and that was that.

I'm very nervous. scared, and have a lot of anxiety. I been online reading endlessly and I HAVE got tested negative after one day of exposure but have read numerous accounts that after one day it doesn't show because of a "window period". Now, my question is should i get tested again and for what after three months of exposure.

The first test was after 1 day for urine. blood, and throat swab.

Please help, any help is GREATLY appreciated. I deeply regret having sex. One crazy weekend I REALLY want to forget and regret and wish this can end. I am going to test again but what should I test or should i test?

Thank YOU!
