Am I at risk ?

Hi, I am a 29 years old male with perfect health.  Recently I have been infected with a very rare bacteria call Aeromonas hydrophila, which I read from some webpage says that this bacteria causes problem in people with HIV.

When I think back, the only time I had unprotected sex is 13 years ago with my first girl firend, which later I found out that shes a sex worker.  Second is my ex gf that broke up 5 years ago, I remember one time we had sex and she is actually having a period..

I am in constant discomfort for 2 months straight, I am currently on day 5/10 on my antibiotic for this bacteria, but am still in pain, also I have a sudden onset of lactose intolerance, which is very strange since I can drink alot of milk wihtout an upset stomach before all this happends (diarreha maybe).

I also did numerous blood test these days, I asked my doctor do I have HIV, he said it will be very bizzare because my lymphocytes level are in the normal range ( I am at 2.3, range is from 1.2-3.8).  He explains to me that if you get infected for that long of a period of time (say 13 or 5 years), your lymphocytes will decrease significanly which will be close to 1.2.

Just asking for you guys opinion on how likely I would have an infection of HIV ?  I am definitely going to test it out soon, just watch some answers and hopefully can put my mind to peace.  I am having a crisis now and anxiety attack every 15 mins. any input will be appreciated.

Aeromonas hydrophila can cause problems in anyone. Gastroenteritis being one and causes diseases such as myonecrosis and eczema in people with compromised immune systems. You can test 3 months post exposure  and your test will be conclusive.
