Am I at risk?

Please help. I'm a 22 year old heterosexual female. In September I had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with ejaculation. Now before I go any further I do not know if my one night stand partner is hiv positive. I don't know much of his history but he does drugs and is very promiscuous. Before this encounter I know I was completely clean. I had 4 negative hiv test in 6 months before this. Anyway. We had sex September 18th and I done a rapid hiv finger prick at 23 days. It was negative. So I really didn't have any symptoms I just have anxiety now. 6 months later I have a huge swollen lymph node and a little oral thrush. And I'm terrified I can't sleep I Google all day. What were my chances of getting hiv from this one time encounter? I feel like I'm going to die everyday from the crippling anxiety and OCD I need help anything is appreciated

Only a test can diagnose so it is purposeless for you to continue living in agony trying to do a hopeless Google diagnosis instead - that just makes you more anxious since there can't be any diagnostic answers on Google. Your rapid test was too soon so it can't prove anything but any test taken today is conclusive.
