HIV help been anxious for 3 months

Ok here it is guys... my risk is little to none, but anyway

I had three tests which were all negative

25 days - clear-view 1/2
6 weeks- Elisa test(3rd gen bio-rad) and it was accompanied by HIV-RNA level test
10 weeks-(just 2 days short so 68 days) Elisa test(3rd gen bio-rad) and it was accompanied by HIV-RNA level test

i was ready to move on but, i had allergies for the first time in my life it appears, because i had red and itch eyes along with pain upon movement of eyes balls only when looking out the corners of the eyes.... NO cold , no cough,, no nothing that would suggest by some forum member of hay fever... i am confused,

DOES new allergies indicate infection of  HIV by weekend or alterd immune system.
My OPTOMETRIST told me it was just allergies because my eyes were swollen, however i didnt tell him anything about hiv risk or so, i want to keeep it confidental
