Am I at risk?

I had a sexual encounter with a guy. He said he is clean. But, a week later I developed a rash on my forearms, back and some on my legs and some on hips. I had no other symptoms. As far as I remember, he used protection. He tried to insert his penis in me but then I stopped as it was painful. We deep kissed and I gave him a head. He had worn his condom while I was giving him a head.
Could I be infected with HIV? I am losing my sleep on this now.

If he used a condom for oral, it's most likely he was smart enough to use a condom for anal sex.

If he did not penetrate you with or without a condom, you had no risk for HIV.

Oral sex is not a risk for HIV and he used a condom so there was no risk for STD's.

You do not have HIV but if your anxiety is affecting your life, then by all means test for your peace of mind.
In the future, make it your personal rule.....no condom, no sex. Safe or sorry is your choice.
