Am i at risk?

2 weeks ago i had mutual oral with another man, he also fingered me a bit. There was no ejaculation and neither of us really got hard. Ive got a lump in my throat/struggling to swallow 2 weeks post exposure. Am i at risk? Very worried about passing anything on to my long term partner

The risks for HIV include (and only include) having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. So, you had no risk with mutual oral sex or being fingered. These are not risks for HIV

No risk at all? I shouldnt be worried? The guy said he was all clear but hard to know if someone is telling the truth.
If there was a risk, I'd have said so. Right? I already answered your question. And it doesn't matter if the guy was all clear or not, you would not get hiv from what you describe.
