Am i gonna die?

Hello doctors,

last night my new girlfriend gave me a handjob. she did it very rough. so my glans and the mucous Membrane surrounding the glans was burning and very red afterwards. this morning i also had a Little wounds on these spots on my mucous Membrane.. first i was not afraid. but this morning i detected a Little 5mm scrtach or cut on her finger that was already somehow healed. howerver it was probably bleeding slightly when she masturbated me. so she probably massaged her blood into my wound musous Membrane. i found out by asking some other guys that she had a lot of sexual contact recently and is therefore of high risk.
but i'm very afraid now and wonder how high my risk was. i'm already starting to feel sik now. so afraid that i will die from this... dont know what to do anymore...

Doesn't matter if it was a handful of blood or vaginal fluids. You never had an exposure by masturbation.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

but this was Masturbation with blood both on her Hand and on the mucous Membrane of my foreskin and glans. so the Virus was likely easily massaged into my Body...
