Anal fluids and irritated skin, small cuts HIV transmission

Hi, last night i had an encounter with a transsexual (thought it was a woman), He/She gave me protected oral sex and we have protected anal sex for a very short period, the condom never slipped, broke or anything, i was so freaked out i checked it over and over again when we stopped, but earlier that day i had my testicles a little bit itchy and i scratch them making them irritated but no blood, maybe tiny little cuts, even though i didnt felt my testicles wet when we were having anal sex im worried about some anal fluids getting into the little cuts, when i washed my penis and scrottum with soap and water i felt a burn of irritation in my testicles because of the soup, so i wanna know what are my chances of getting HIV in that way, i know this is irrelevant but i havent stop crying, i need your help please. Thanks for your attention, sorry about my english, its not the best, im from Colombia.
