Convinced I have HIV

I had sex with a csw. I am uncircumcised. We had protected vaginal and oral sex. The condom slipped off from the bottom but didn't fully come off. I have all the textbook HIV Symptoms. From swollen lymph nodes to sore throat to fatigue to extreme muscle and joint pain etc etc. We also did frottage but she had vaginal fluids outside and I realized that my uncircumcised penis came in contact with those fluids. I'm convinced I have it. Crying and breaking down. Not ready to accept it mentally. I visited a sexologist and he told me if I had a lump near the groin, it's definitely an STD. And I do have lumps. On both sides of the groin and behind both the ears. I'm afraid and have no one to talk to.

You did nothing that would result in getting hiv.  Only the head of your penis needs covered during intercourse.  So, you were protected.  The only risks for HIV are unprotected (yours was protected due to condom not off but still covering your penis head) vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  So, you had ZERO risk.  And lumps are certainly not a sign of having HIV.  You don't have any reason to even test let alone suspect you have HIV. Zero risk
