Worried about Having HIV

I want to vent here to get some advice. In 2 years back i had  bad incidence in my life. I had sex with unknown gal , however i think it was protected sex but not sure so i want to run by with you guys as i am having some symptoms since last year06.
The gal first gave me oral but my penis fully covered with condem , i did came out little but than she came UP on me and my condem was intact with my penis althought i cna see some drops  but those are inside condem. She was UP on me for about less than 1 minute during that time i completely ejaculated , when she was pulling herself away from my body i found the condem slip and it remain with her vagina with outlet showing outside her vagina. I washed my penis completely  but scared to death since than , was condem slip inside her vagina or when she was removing herself , i think when she was removing herself that stupid lady suddenly pulled herself rather me to hold the condem base.
Since last year i have following symptoms
1. Tingling/numbess in my arms and feet
2. Muscles and joint pain to hell.
3. Fatigeness .
4Eye floaters
5. Lack of concentration for anything.
6 Extremely dry mouth that shows in morning white coating.
7. Muscles weakness , unable to perform physical work longer , started having tingling in arms.

7. Hives in my back.chest and some times in my face including bump in lips.

After that risky exposure the only symptoms i noticed was bump in my upper lips after 30 days which could because of too much heat in Vegas in June as i went there for conference beside that no symptoms at all.
In June my doctor ran lot of test including thyroid and found i have Hypothyroid because of Hashimotos (auto immune disorder) which explain all my symptoms, i started to feel better after taking Levoxyl  but still completely cured
I gain weight in just month about 10 ponds. My all CBC and other test are normal in range since last 2 years and same value of WBC and others like Lympocytes,Mono and Neutro.
My concern is can HIV cause auto-immune disorder and create Hashimots ?.
Do i have to go for test based on my exposure ?
My thyroid is bouncing back and forth for last 3 months which causes more muscles and joint pain and i am not sure it is because of thyroid or i infected with HIV as per doctor it is HIV . I am really scared to death of thinking about this all the time unable to share my guilt with my wife.Please help me.

Hey you didn't have a risk. No, HIV does not cause an AUTO immune disease. The only thing that is happening to you is guilt that you cheated on your wife.

Does my symptoms indicate HIV. That was only experience i had in my life which i regret whole my life that decieve my wife and unable to self control. I am praying every day, hitting myself to wall just to punish myself. What are the chance if condem slip inside the vagina which she was doing to and fro motion , chances of getting HIV fluid to fluid interaction ?.In order for male to get HIV the fluid has to go inside the penis or just interact with fluid outside the penis can also give HIV ?. Do i have to test based on my exposure. ?.

Rohit,

1. If you completed with the condom on and the tip of your penis was protected, you don't have any thing to worry about.

2. Symptoms are never the indicator of HIV and your symptoms have no relation to HIV since you did not have a risk.

3. If you're concerned go take a test and put this behind, it'll be negative.

So that means if my tip was covered with condem so female fluid has to go inside from my tip in order to get HIV , Correct ?.If fluid in base has interaction with her fluid i would not get HIV as that fluid didn't go inside from my TIP ?.
Any anonymous testing center you guys know which can i give result right away without disclosing identity ?. Help you guys are providing is awesome , May God bless you for this

well i didn't have any other exposure at all beside the one i told you guys. That means all the symptoms i have are related to thyroid  and HIV doesn't give auto immune disorder.I trust you guys judgment , should i do test or i am okay should put my worries aside and started having stress free life .

I have the same symptoms as you, although I have dry eyes and diarrhea. The blood test came back with an elevation in only one Liver Function Test. I have no idea what that means, but I have another doctor's appointment in a few weeks.

I have had thyroid problems, actually had my thyroid taken out, I am on levoxil for about 6 years, I occassionally get sevear pains - Shoulder, cals, back side of thighs, so bad that I cannot even move those parts. And it hurts bad, I have had these for many years and I am convinced that this is cus of low thyroid level. I think your body pains have nothing to do with your exposure
