Anxiety after massage parlor visit-chancre?

Two weeks ago, I visited an Asian massage parlor. At the end I had protected vaginal sex,..she did oral on condom ans also on some uncovered part I guess. I noticed she had some big red spots / rash near her chest ..

3 days later, I had a painful sore on the lower part do my penis shaft, felt hard like a pimple..
I had sex with my wife thinking its an ordinary rash..
A week later,there was no pain, but still the sore is there..so I got very anxious and visited the family doc.
He did all std tests and HIV which all came back negative.
He started me on anti biotics to be safe, and after 3 days, the sore is almost gone.

But, he said, I can't be sure until my next tests 3 months later, that Im out of danger.

I m very anxious and paranoid.. I m planning to have kids and I'm not sure how to tell my wife.
I m relieved all tests came negative, I lived a nightmare for 3 days before he results came.
But do I need to wait for 3 months to be sure that I m clean.?

I ll never do this again,I learnt my lesson.  Could someone pls let me know what it could be?and what are the chances of HIV?

You had protected sex so no chance of HIV
and Oral sex carries zero risk for HIV

Thanks for your comments. Today the doctors office called and said that I have herpes type 1.. I read about it and seems like it is a common cold sore...I m relieved. Anyone knows more about this? Is it safe to have kids now
