Anxiety is driving me crazy
I can feel and touch my lymph nodes under both side of my jaw whenever I lower my head that time (chin contact with neck), it is like a movable pea size shape thing, not painful when touch it, this really freaking me out. Is it consider as a swollen glands or maybe ARS symptom? can't wait to go for the 28th day test, anxiety is driving me crazy
I have a HIV 1&2 Ab/Ag ELISA test on the 16th day after exposure, but I guess it didn't tell much about HIV infection and I shouldn't take the test so early. I'm trying hard to calm my mind and stop thinking about all the symptoms. May god bless all of us, anyway thank you James !
Even if you could feel ALL of your lymph nodes up, it will not diagnose HIV.
You had ORAL SEX which is NO RISK for HIV, - take a test when you can but it will definitely come back NEGATIVE!
You are not going to be the FIRST person GLOBALLY to contract HIV from Oral..
Ignore your symptoms, they mean less than nothing in relation to HIV.

Ya, correct, that's my situation. Are you sure it is completely normal? You also can feel and touch your lymph nodes under your jaw when bend down your head?
I wish that I could go for the test tomorrow but the clinic is far away from me now because I'm out station, I need to wait until Saturday. Anyway, thank you for your advise and guidance.
When you bend your head down two peasize nodes appear under the jaw. Completely normal.
So tomorrow go get the duo test done. Once you get that you can calm down. Maybe see a doc about anxiety also
Today is the 27th day after exposure, my anxiety level is going higher after these days. I don't have flu, fever, sore throat, rash kind of symptoms during these days but soemtimes I feel tingling in my muscle and joint plus the lymph nodes are making me crazy since one week ago.

Tomorrow is the 28th day after my unprotected oral sex exposure but I'm outstation not around the clinic area so need to wait until Saturday for testing, this is killing me. Ya, maybe you are right, I keep on poking and prodding them that's why I can feel and touch them.
You cannot assess your own lymph nodes. Even medical professionals require a lot of practice learning how to identify swollen nodes, as most people's lymph nodes are palpable in their normal state. Even if they ARE swollen, there could be countless causes.
You need to quit poking and prodding, and get some help for the anxiety.
