i started dating this girl and she has these like spots on her back of her neck that look
like achne she say it from over growing skin. Is this a sign of hiv? Could she have folliculitis and not have hiv?

Folliculitis is NOT a sign of hiv and I can prove it ... it is a BACTERIAL infection ... not a VIRAL infection!

I also have folliculitis since 3 years and have tested 3 times for HIv its negative so folliculitis is not a sign of HIv
You read wrong quit reading about hiv on the net you will find that anything is related to hiv end of story
so she can have folliculitis and not be hiv+ ? She has these things all over her shoulder
