I'm feeling anxious now!
I am a China man,I have made love with the sexworkers dozens of times before.I used condom every time.And every time I don't know whether the condom was broken or not,but I could see some sperm in the condom.
But there were some extraordinary situations.Nothing but my glans was in the condom when I finished ejaculated sperm and went out of the sexwoker's vagina.This situation appeared several times.Otherwise,In some coitions,I am worrying about oral sex because my glans has several small cut.And I don't know whether they were bleeding or not during oral sex.I also don't know whether there are ulcers in the sexworkers‘ mouths.Besides these,I used my fingers which have hangnails to fingreing,I still don't know whether the hangnails were bleeding or not.
I have diarrhoea these days.In a day I went toilet several times because of diarrhoea.
I am nervous now.Am I at risk of hiv?My diarrhoea is because of hiv? Do I need to test for hiv?

You wouldn't get HIV that way and whatever you're suffering has nothing to do with HIV, so you don't need to get tested for HIV. If your symptoms/sicknesses continue, better consult a doctor.
Bcause he have said a lot,I dont understan clearly.I think he told me that I am not at risk of hiv and no need to test.Do you think so？
