First off you didn't have an OPEN cut. An OPEN cut involves bleed. Protected vaginal sex is not low risk, it's no risk. You don't get sick the next from unprotected sex let alone protected.
Yes I had vaginal sex. I know vaginal sex (especially protected) is low risk but the open cut was in her and fluid got onto it. The reason I'm so scared is because the next day I got extremely sick and fatigued. That's something that has never happened to me.
Are you saying you had vaginal sex? In that case I would think it would be the 1 in 2000 risk maybe a little riskier if the cut happened to be open and big enough for vaginal fluid to get inside the cut. If you are talking about just her vaginal fluid getting on your penis for whatever reason while not having sex I would think that would drastically reduce the risk because hiv is supposed to be a fragile virus that can't survive outside the body for very long. I'm not sure if it means when it hits air it dies like some things or if it actually takes a while for it to die outside the body. Goodluck and I hope this helps.
