Concern for my friend

I would like to ask a question for a friend of mine.. He don't have access to a computer. He had received receptive anal sex unprotected from another male of unknown status about four and half months ago .. No other times in the middle, would the oraquick in home test he took twice with negative result be sufficient as we'll for his exposure.. He has no insurance
