HIV infections and lymph nodes?

Hi,
So I'm guessing my anxiety is laying havoc a bit here but the other day I was fooling around with a guy, and there was a small amount of anal penetration without a condom (for probably less than 45 seconds total) before I realise and stopped it.
There was no ejaculation from him whilst this was happening.
The next morning though, one of the lymph nodes in my ground has swollen up and is quite tender and painful. I'm pretty sure that's way too soon of a reaction to be anything HIV related and he's stated that he didn't have HIV, but that anxiety in me is killing me over this.
What would the risk of infection be and could the lymph nodes swelling now be related to a possible infection at all?

Unprotected receptive anal sex is the highest risk.

What do you think the risk level would be in the described situation?

You would need to speak to a Dr about that and weigh the decision with the info he/she provides you.

Just realised the amount of types I made - apologies for that - kinda mashed that post out
I'm still within 48 to 72 hours of this happening - would it be worth trying to get a hold of PEP?
