I am v worried.

Hello Dr.
I never thought i would get worried sick about possible HIV exposure like i am right now.
I am 29 yo female, living happy life till  few days ago.
3 years ago  i  fell  very sick  and was hospitalized for 3 days. I was constipated and had  high fever and  abdominal pain that lasted 3 days. The private hospital i went to did a  lot of test  and  they said i had low white blood cell count, they didn't tell me  why   my WBC  count was low but did a test for TB and result came negative, and on my 3rd day i was discharged from the hospital with some medication, one for constipation which was  fiber supplement.
I started to feel better  and my bowel movements was  back to normal after few days of taking  fiber supplement.
I stopped taking fiber supplement sometime last year , don't remember exact date/month.
Now I have this abnormal bowel movements for quite sometime( atleast  5 months). Everything i eat comes out after 15- 30 mins , in a form of loose stool. not quite diarrhea  I don't have  abdominal pain/cramps anything.  So few days ago i decided to  find out the cause of my abnormal bowel movements  and omg....... so many websites i looked up suggested it could be one of the symptoms of HIV and that got me really worried and thinking. I don't remember having swollen lymph nodes, i don't remember having any  night sweats. But i did have unprotected  sex with my then bf  because i thought it was ok to have unprotected sex  with my own bf  as i was pills. That was 4 years ago. but relationship didn't last very long  and i have no idea where he is now.
Now  after spending few days reading symptoms of HIV/AIDS  i am  very worried.
Ok few years ago  i put on quite a lot of weight so i started working out and dieting  and managed to lose  quite a lot of weight(symptoms of HIV)  and now  working out and light meal has become my habbit so  I work out (cardio , pilates and light weight)  3/4 times. I have this nail fungus too on my toe nails ( another symptoms of HIV) but i like to think its because  of wearing closed shoes all the time.
Now Dr  please help me. Do you think i need to get tested? Do you think my abnormal bowel movements, weight loss and nail fungus on toe nails are  related to HIV?
Thank you.
Sorry about the long post.

Test to know your status. Your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV.

THERE ARE PPL ON THIS FORUM THAT ARE EITHER HIV POSITIVE OR HAVE A LOVED ONE WHO IS.  IT IS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL TO COME HERE SPEAKING OF KILLING YOURSELF.

Hi can you tell me  why they detetcted lower white blood cell count? Do you think i was already exposed when i was hospitalized? hence the low  white blood cell count?
and How accurate is the home testing kit?

Thanks Vance.
I am on vacation right now but can't wait fly back home and  do the home testing. the paranoia, the stress ... why didn't i think of asking him about his status, ask him to use condom.
bit too late for that i guess.
