Asking again due to high level of panic

I met with a guy, we agreed to do only oral but we carried away and for 10 seconds he entered with only the head or the tip of the head to my body. Not just rubbing it, but actually was a little inside. Due to panic I stopped him but after like min he did it again and after 15-20 seconds i stopped him again - and yes he was little deeper this time but still not that deep. I haven't seen precum during our whole meeting but who knows if he had any inside

Assuming the worst of the worst scanerio, that he have hiv, what are the odds that i got that? Im really scared . He was 23 years old if thats matter ;/

You are not likely to get ANYTHING from that brief time of penetration, including HIV.  If you are concerned, simply test with a 4th generation test at least 28 days after the encounter.  You can fully expect the result to be HIV-negative.
