At risk? HIV PCR RNA...

Hello,

I get a PCR RNA test every month. I am gay, but have never had anal sex.

Since my last test, I have only been sexually active with one guy. We had been out drinking, but I was not so drunk where I didn't know what I was doing. I am smart, and never get like that.

We engaged in unprotected oral, frottage - he knew I wouldn't allow him to penetrate me, but he did finger me aggressively and rub his penis around my anus/butt cheeks.

IS THIS RISKY?! I was clencing my anus to make sure his penis did not accidentally slip in. Though he was quite endowed, so surely I would have known if it slipped in, right??

I will go get my next PCR RNA quantitative test soon, but I am nervous!

Help!

You would know if he penetrated you with his penis. As for fingering that is no risk. He would have had to cut your rectum and his fingervwould have had to bleeding quite badly. This is extremely unlikely to have been case.
Perhaps the fact you clutched your buttocks may be the reason for your soreness. But if his penis did not penetrate you, you have nothing to worry about.
Take your next test and move on from this. All the best.

My anus is still sore! What if he ****** me and I didn't know it? Would fingering cause soreness? I am nervous!!!

HowardH is absolutely right (if you want a second opinion). And PCR RNA test every month is over testing if you are notbinvolved in anal sex. HIV is passed on through the anus quite aggressively by breaking the rectums skin. You will be OK.

No worries, no risk whatsoever. HIV is not transmitted sexually unless there is insertion of a penis into rectum or vagina. I'm confident you would know if your anus were penetrated, whether or not your partners are "quite endowed".

Given the sexual lifestyle you describe, you're going overboard with monthly PCR testing. I would advise an antibody or DUO test once a year. But it's your money, so feel free!
