Authenticity of test is same everywhere??

Hello!!
My question is a bit common but my situation is different...
I had been in touch with an Hiv+ girl for 4 months(I came to know that later on)
Now I am not in touch with her for 8 months
I had almost all the HIV symptoms... My doc. diagnosed me with IBS( i did not mention abt me Exposure to doc. btw)

Exposure:
1-Deep kissing (through out the period 4 months)
2-Fingering couple of times..

Test:
My test came out to be NEGATIVE after 52days(exact) of the last exposure(deep kissing/fingering)
I didnt bother to test myself again coz of anxiety..

Test Type:
Anti body... Immunochromatic Assay ..Sensitivity of 99% and Specificity of 98%

Question:
1-In a country like Pakistan what is the authenticity of the Test of 52days post exposure period?..(thats my basic question)

I hope u guys  understand why I asked such a common question again....
Thanks in advance!!

what you did with her puts you in no risk
and you do not need testing
u have no chance to catch hiv from kissing and fingering no matter what
