Autoimmune disease and testing

In December I had high risk exposure unprotected vag/anal/menstural sex, 2 weeks later until now I have symptoms uncluding autoimmune disease symptoms, would autoimmune disease affect any rapid oral or rapid blood test? Do the early stages of hiv been known to cause any autoimmune diseases?
