HIV instant rapid tests

I would like to ask if these instant tests (those with the one spot - two spots) are valid 4-5 weeks post exposure.

I'm sure you'll think I'm crazy, but after reading your risk, the answer I thought I was posting to someone else also applies to YOU.

You had NO RISK and DO NOT NEED TO TEST.

You had no risk for HIV and do not need to test.

about 5 weeks prior the test - not something highly dangerous - received oral sex and rimming + frottage and fingerplay

They might have some validity at that point in time. The window period for rapid tests is longer than lab based tests.

What was your exposure?
