Bad decision today.....

I have tested negative with ALISA 3rd gen at 12 1/2 (86 days) mark.  But I got joint ache and muscle aches recently and it is getting worse.  I think it is a mental problem and I should overcome the anxiety of getting HIV.  Some of you might remember me, like dobber, mike_no.  Glad to see you are still here to help ppl.

I made a bad decision today by asking a hooker to come over. ! Damn.  I want to kick my anxiety by telling myself that I am having safe sex.  She used hand for a couple of minutes, and then put on condom and have oral.  I checked that the condom did not leak after we are done.  I took off the condom myself (it was on).

But now I am getting the bad feeling that HIV is catching up on me again.... And I am thinking about other STDs as well...... bad decision! too bad....  Although I don't see any rash/weird thing on her, and she never take her underwear off (not exposing virgina, I only rubbed her breast for a while).

What a shame to come to complain..... But is there still any chance to get HIV or some weird STDs?

Oh, and is it possible to get HCV through sex? I had virginal sex last time (and tested negative for HIV as stated earlier).  Can HCV cause that weird aches?  (My joint aches, come and go in finger joints, and when it come, it is bad, when it goes, no trace is left (no swelling, etc)).

Thanks guys.

You are a perfect example of how these forums can make people go crazy. You did not really have a risk even in your first exposure although the woman was possibly positive. I remember you are from China and were giving all statistics of seroconversion from China and calling tests conclusive at 6 weeks. Now, you have tested out to more than 12 weeks and finding it hard to believe the results so you start mentioning stupid exposures which are not even real risks to begin with. Get out of the fear mode n move on.

What STDs shall I check if I want a full clean assurance?

I had protected (condom slippage upon withdrawal) virginal last time and tested HIV negative (86 days ELISA), Syhpilis negative (6 weeks TPPA something), HBV negative.

I had oral protected today.

What should I check?

Hey Ainxtein,

Yes, this is a mental block, you did not have any risk that way.

You are okay, brother  :)

no risk, HCV,HBV, cannot be transmitted with protected oral sex, the mode of transmission is by exposing your self to infectious fluids like blood, semen, vaginal fluids, breastmilk, move on pal
