Bad sinario for insertive oral sex. worried...

Dear Doctor,
I had only one episode case of oral sex in my whole life and I was insertive partner with female, that I am male.
My QUESTION:
Is rapid negative test for HIV1/2 after 130 days conclusive and definitive for the follow scenario?
If we considering the girl had cut, sore or even blood which I couldn't see and at the same time there was LOVE DROP on penis or even there was tiny cut or wound on it also which i couldn't see ,So is the last test which I did conclusive and definitive?
PS:I did STDs including HIV1/2(standard EIA)tests and were non-reactive.
I did rapid -ve tests after 110 and 120 and were negative.
Thank you for your time and considerate.

We're done here. In all the history of HIV there has never been anyone infected with HIV via receptive oral sex, blood nor no blood. Nor does it matter if the person that gave you a blow job was HIV positive or not. You tested negative, outside the window period for a conclusive negative test. I suggest if you have anxiety issues over your negative result you consult a professional mental help consultant to help you deal with your anxieties.

thank  you a lot.
But is there also any study assume that if the blood in saliva the risk still low.?
I mean if the blood in saliva is the risk low or increase?
I haven't blood ,cut, or wound on mine but i am not sure if she had.
i worried if she had CUT OR WOUND OR BLOOD inside her mouth and hiv MOVE TO GLAN( THE HEAD OF PENIS) SO IF SHE HAS , IS THE RISK STILL LOW.?

There is very little HIV in a woman’s vaginal juices, and saliva damages the virus. Dental dams are not necessary for protection against HIV but may help prevent the transmission of other sexually transmissible infections like herpes.

Saliva

Although researchers have found HIV in the saliva of infected people, there is no evidence that the virus is spread by contact with saliva. Laboratory studies reveal that saliva has natural properties that limit the power of HIV to infect, and the amount of virus in saliva appears to be very low. Research studies of people infected with HIV have found no evidence that the virus is spread to others through saliva by kissing. The lining of the mouth, however, can be infected by HIV, and instances of HIV transmission through oral intercourse have been reported.

Scientists have found no evidence that HIV is spread through sweat, tears, urine, or feces

truthfully no one really knows.

you are right , but i am not comper my self with other becasue not all tell the truth really .
However, DOES the anzyme which THERE IS in saliva KILL , PRVENT OR REDUCE HIV?
AND COULD YOU GIVE ME A CONFIRM STUDY FOR THAT.
I KNOW THAT IS TRUE ,BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT  IS THE ANSYME OR PROTEN DOING?(KILL , REDUCE OR PREVENT  HIV TO TRANSFER TO GLAN ( THE HEAD OF PENIS).

oral sex is low risk,if you must test,8weeks is enough.case reports from a study of San Francisco said that they performed active, you should know you just perform single time, how many times do american people performed a day?a year?are they all at risk?no,it's worth to repeat that your risk is so low to recomend to test.

QUESTION
I was wondering how safe oral sex is -- both giving and receiving.

ANSWER
Questions about oral sex are probably the most common ones we get. In terms of HIV, oral sex both ways is very safe. The University of California San Francisco and the San Francisco Dept. of Public Health just completed a study of men in San Francisco who have only had oral sex and found zero new HIV infections. A very recent study from Spain confirmed earlier studies that oral sex is safe sex in terms of HIV. However, there are case reports and individual experiences that support that HIV can be transmitted through oral sex, although rarely. As far as whether oral sex is riskier if you swallow, truthfully no one really knows.

thank you for your time which you spent for me.
But sorry to my curious, but even if the girl had what i said before,so  is the safe still for me .? if the girl had invisable boold or wound or tiny cut and i had love drop on penis because i did that WITHOUT eajculation in her mouth but i think there was tiny love drop from eract, "i think that not sure" . so are you sure i am still fine ?
have you read same case or senario as mine before ?

There are no reliable reports of anyone getting HIV from oral sex on a woman with HIV. Likewise, there is insignificant danger of a positive woman infecting a man by sucking his penis.

and have you ever read also someone asked DR HHH or HOOK there was risk for insertive partner if the girl had cur or wound or blood inside her mouth?
PS:I am male who i had circumcision which also i read that reduce HIV about 53% or 60% in other studies.

Oral sex and women
Licking or sucking the vagina, or vaginal lips is very safe in terms of HIV. There is very little HIV in a woman’s vaginal juices, and saliva damages the virus. Dental dams are not necessary for protection against HIV but may help prevent the transmission of other sexually transmissible infections like herpes.

There are no reliable reports of anyone getting HIV from oral sex on a woman with HIV. Likewise, there is insignificant danger of a positive woman infecting a man by sucking his penis. Condoms can prevent both partners from other sexually transmissible infections. (This information from Treat Yourself Right, AFAO 2000).

Thanks my brother,
but i am so confused about 3% of people who may develops antibodies in thier bodies becasue the CDC said 97% accurate result at 3months and in very rare case up to 6 months so who are they that thier antibodies may develop.
I know my chance is 0.000005(insertive oral sex =each 20000 there is 1 case and this theoritical estimate ) * 0.03(which people may develop up to 6month)=0.0000015 that is mean each 10 000 000 there are 15 cases if we assume the girl had 100% +ve this in the worst case of insertive oral partner, but as you know i am still worried becasue i am can't be able to remember if she had sore or wound or even blood which i couldn't see inside her mouth ,i worried if the blood with saliva enter to the head of penis and after that cause HIV. so what is your say ?
however can i know what the new period for high risk ?and low risk?
please give me correct answer from DR HHH or Dr HOOK  which you had read.
thank you .
