Be worried about hiv

Hello
I am new here.I am worried about something for hiv because the things which happened were special.
I am 25 years old. Some days ago,I made love with a sexworker.I used the condom when in sexual intercourse but not in oral sex. When I finished ejaculation,I found someting terrible!I found the outside of the condom,my scrotum and bottom of my penis were tainted with something which came from her vagina. And secretions were light red! My finger had agnails.I didnt know whether they were bleeding or not at that time. But they were tainted with the secretions because of taking off the condom.I doubted that the light red was her blood!I didnt know whether I had cuts on my bottom of penis and my scrotum or not.But I didnt feel clear pain in these parts. The condom was given by the sexworker. It was cheap and low quality.I had a little experience about sex.So I didnt know what was the condom broken.I am sure one point that some semen was in the condom and the condom was pulled down from my penis. But the condom only packed 2/3 of my penis.
I AM VERY ANXIOUS NOW.Was the condom broken? If the light red was the blood,AM I AT THE RISK OF HIV?DO I NEED TO TEST FOR HIV? .PLZ HELP ME !!!!!
