Blood exposure, help
I recently was exposed to fresh blood on my hand and not having access to a bathroom at the time, I rubbed hand sanitizer on it and washed the area with soap and water twenty minutes after the incident.  My skin didn't have any open cuts, but I'm wondering if hiv or another virus could have been rubbed into my skin when I used the hand sanitizer.  I've read that alcohol from these products could permeate the skin, can the virus also when rubbed in?

NO...you cannot contract hiv in that manner.  hiv doesn't just seep in through the skin.
