Blood exposure or totally paranoid??

Ok so as you can guess by the title I am a little confused!!!

I have recently been on vacation to India.  While I was there I got sick and had to attend a hospital clinic, they requested that I had a blood test and to be honest I was feeling so rotten that I agreed.  I went to the 'blood room' and had to wait in line.  I went in immediately after somebody a local guy and had blood taken.  The room was unhygenic with dried blood on the bin etc...

I felt terrible but was alert enough to ensure that she used a brand new needle, I saw her take it from the packet.  She did not however change her gloves from the previous patient.  If somebody could please answer my questions so that I may understand my risk I would be most grateful:

1.   Is it possible that HIV can be transmitted if she had blood from previous patient on her glove then touched my needle then inserted it into my arm?  The time between me and the previous patient was less than a minute.

2.  Is less than a  minute enough time to de-activate the virus?

3.  Is non changing of gloves irrevelant when it comes to HIV as this transmission route is impossible?

4.  As long as the needle was new anything else than did/did not happen simply does not matter?

Its been 2.5 weeks since this happened and I don't feel 100% .  I am asking so that I can understand if my current feeling unwell has anything to do with this or not.  If not then I can feel soerry for myself but not worry about HIV.

Thanks for any responses that I get.  I don't want to draw this out I just need to understand if this is any way a risk - even a low risk.

Thanks

Thanks a million for this.

So to wrap up, any 'symptoms' that I have over the next few weeks have nothing to do with this as this exposure is impossible?  Correct?
