Blood in eye

Dear Doc, I was hanging out with a couple of my friends at a bar and there was a fight between both of my friends that I know.  I knew both of them for atleast a year. But to make a long story short. One of my friend was cut and he accidentally sling a drop of blood right into my eye. I dont think he has AIDS, but what are the chances of me actually getting HIV if he do?

Have you seen the film '28 days later'?

Blood in eye can transmit the Rage virus (fictional) in a matter of seconds.

The risk is apparently very small for HIV -- see:  http://www.avert.org/faq1.htm#q14IV       for further information.
