Blood on foreskin during oral sex - am I at risk?

I received oral sex from a guy two weeks ago. He was a bit rough and I noticed cuts and blood on the inside lining of my foreskin after I came. What is the risk of getting infected with HIV in this encounter? I don't know his HIV status or if he had open cuts/sores in his mouth.
Just to add, I got sick 4 days after this encounter (fever for 5 days, coughing, night sweats, but no runny nose or congestion). I'm worried this could be ARS, but can it happen this soon after infection?
I plan on getting tested to be sure, when is the earliest I could get fairly conclusive results to put my mind at ease?
Thanks much for the help.

HIV is contracted through unprotected vaginal/anal intercouse, sharing IV drug needles and mother to child.

I read in other sites that if there's blood contact there is risk. The fact that there were cuts in my foreskin is what worries me. What if the guy had an open sore in his mouth? Then his blood could have got in contact with my cuts.

Hi, oral sex is not a risk for contracting hiv.
