Possible HIV

I am a 32 year old female. In Jan 2009 I had an unprotected one night stand with a male of unknown status. Since then I have had 3 sexual partners. All of them tested HIV negative. I want to get tested but I am terrified. What are my chances of testing positive since the last three people I've been with (all long term relationships) tested negative? I'm scared and freaked out. Also, recently I found a slightly enlarged node on the back of my neck near hairline. I can feel it but not see it. I also have one in front of my ear that I can feel but not see. Does this sound like lymoh node swelling assoicated with HIV? Please help. Thanks. I feel like because of the stupid choices I've made I have failed my daughters. This hurts more than anything. Hope to have some help soon.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

I have one other question. I recently found out that my friend is 4mo ths pregnant and HIV positive. Well she spent the night over my house and one morning before getting my girls up for school I found a panytliner with caginal secretions on it next to my 3yro shoes. The pantyliner had no blood in it but it did have vaginal secretions on it. Im not sure if my daughter played with it touched it or anything. I don't know how long it had been there. Is it possible for my daughter to have been infected if she played with it or touched it. This is what has started me to thinking about HIV as of lately.

Lymph nodes mean nothing,It's very High fevers you have to be concerned about if one has had an exposure.I really can't give you percentages but I will say this,It's not an easy virus to contract unless you were engaged in high risk activities like sharing IV drug works or unprotected anal sex.Only testing will provide you with the answers you seek.

We can't guess the probablility of being positive.

No it is not node swelling in relation to HIV.
