Blood splash in eye

Hi,

I was in a very stressing situation where there was an argue between a drug user and people from the police. I was standing behind the drug user. He was really nervous and wis literally biting on a finger. I saw that after the biting he wiped something away on his shirt from the finger. After  a few moment he starts becomming agressive and did some hand gestures. At that moment i feeled something in my eye (s). I was assuming this could be from the finger of the person and obviously panicked.

Can someone give me an advise please?

Kind regards

Thank you for your answer. Is there another concern in your opinion because you say not a hiv concern?

Is there no risk whatsoever for HIV in this situation?
