Breast milk ingested

Hi, I've seen previous posts about the low risk to adults from breast milk ingestion, but I recently had an encounter with a sex worker in a Bangkok massage parlor where I accidentally ingested probably more than a half ounce before realizing what it was.

I went to the big hospital in town, and the infectious diseases doctor said I was a "very very low" risk and confirmed that there has never been a documented case of breast milk infection to an adult.

My question is basically, given my circumstances, how at risk am I really and should I get tested?

I'd love to hear from a doctor on this issue if possible.

No. It's not possible you get HIV from a drop / drops of breast milk. No need for a test.
