Hiv fluids on rash?

Is it possible for infected anal fluid to pass through a rash that is raw and scraped? One of the rash is directly on my forearm vein. Could I be infected from touching infected anal secretions and then touching that open rash directly on top of my vein?

You've been answered that this is not a risk for HIV.  There is nothing to add to that so we are closing this thread.  Good luck

I just have this feeling :( that I'm going to be the first case of someone being infected sexually via surface contamination with secretions :( I can't shake this feeling, and my symptoms are making it even worse.

4 weeks post exposure I've come down with a sore throat and rash on my eye and arms. I'm seriously freaking out :(
