CMV and HIV

Hello , i got a question about HIV and CMV , i used condoms while vaginal sex with prostitute which status's unknown and was infected with CMV(1:800) .
how's that possible if i used good quality condoms ? after 6 month i was tested for HIV - negative , recently again i had protected secual contact with a prostitute ( used condoms ) , within 2 weeks after that again

So it means that CMV is easily transmitted ? what couls be treatment against CMV ?

First off, see if you have CMV and then go with what the doctor suggests. You won't be able to find out sitting behind a monitor screen.
