HIV concerns

I'm sorry to bring up a dead threat...but this just can't get out of my head...i know i had a test at 3, 6, 8 months (all rapid)...I know that i've been advised that i'm free of HIV infections..but what is really got me thinking over and over again is that all the tests performed were RAPID tests...and 4 months of experiencing SEVERE symptoms just get me crazy..i experienced the symptoms that almost every HIV positive DOES....HIVES, SORES, FATIGUE, HEADACHE, JOINT PAIN, SNEEZE, TIREDNESS....OMG....you name it...i had it all...itchy skin rush is what i'm experiecing right now...I USED to be a healty person...after I HAD that sexual intercourse (4 weeks), i had these symptoms...

are these just anxiety?? do i need to get a BLOOD test?? thanks and sorry for the annoyance....HELP ME!!!!!!

It doesn't. But this is an HIV specific forum, not an anxiety forum.

We do have a forum specific to HIV Anxiety, and I heavily suggest you take advantage of that. While it didn't exactly "cure" my own anxiety, it did help me to alleviate some of the irrationality associated with my fear.

If that does not suffice, professional help may be in order.

Good luck to you.
