Can HIV go through pants during genitals rubbing?

Dear Doctor.

I went in strip club and had lap dance there. I thought it was safe since I was in my pants (didn't take off all the time).
But my pants got some wet and my penis had discharge during the dance as we were rubbing our genitals through my pants (she was nude). I don't think she had a lot of vaginal fluids but some could be remained on my pants and probably went through them.
The question is what the risk for HIV to be transmitted?
  Thank you,
  -Sergey

  Thank you for your answer.

I understood that the risk was low. But for now I understand that some it is.
I have read similar post where the mechanism is described : spot on pants -> semen liquid -> urethra (by the way I had some red spots on my head: not open cut but some irritation).

Could you please give some notices about two question? :

Should lady's fluids be seen like drops of liquid or some wet sensation is enough to have some viruses?
If I want to test myself how much time should I wait for test? Does it depends on quantity of viruses getting to the blood or the terms are the same for any case?

  Thank you very much,
  Appreciating you support.
