Can I have HIV? I am so worried to death!

Hello
I joined this site because I'm seriously worried I'm at risk of HIV...
I have recently slept with 2 men i met online, without a condom both in a same week...  I have been scared to go for a test but on Thursday I went to get tested...

It's been 3 weeks since I last slept with these men, they both ejaculated outside...
For the past two weeks I have had soft stool than usual once a day and my tummy was hurting me before wanting to go to the toilet... But this was happening before I had unprotected sex  with the second guy ( could this be diarrhoea (sign)?).

My skin has been itch but no rash but I have recently travelled to somewhere really hot (Tunisia).. So I was thinking could the itching be related to that or to the signs of HIV?

After going for my test I have been so worried that I am running mad. I find my heart beating so hard and fast... I feel so scared

This morning I had a headache on one side of my head and it's been dragging on since morning.. Could this because be caused by my consent worrying and over reactingI am even scared to go a sleep at night....

I have a discharge which is white and every small which causes me no pain or discomfort... I have had it for awhile now but it has never bothered me...

Can someone please help and explain to me the signs of HIV... I feel really scared and the more more I research the more confused I get and the more paranoid I become....
Please someone help me!

Relax and get yourself tested after 6 weeks for HIV Duo (Ag/Ab) Fourth Generation Test. It is very highly reliable after 4-5 weeks and highly unlikely to change otherwise, after wards.

Repeat the AB test after 12 weeks of your exposure to collect your conclusive test report. Never ever unprotected penetration with anyone outside your mutually committed monogamous relationship.

I'm so worried... I keep crying, my heart is always racing, headaches, tummy pains and shaking when I talk about the topic...
I came on the site as I have zero people to talk too... My worrying and fears are causing depression...

Dont worry,lady..HIV cant be diagonised by symptoms...also if you go by statistics ,its a not so very common with only few exposure,to be hiv positive....
One most important thing.....DONT LOOK FOR SYMPTOMS ....mind is so powerful that more u will look ..more u will find symptoms to hiv....but actually those symptoms are mind generated...stay calm..
Also u need not wait for 3 months...as per new cdc guidlines a 4th generation test post 4 weeks exposure, need not require further testing....
Dont worry...everything will be allright,
