Feel stupid for asking.

Hi This is prob about mental health but....

Have had HIV OCD in past and managed it by not being stupid.

I slipped today due to a number of issues and visited an escort.

I insisted on keeping my clothes (OCD management) on and she kept her underwear on (a skimpy thong)

I saw her vagina lips but that's it. I have a burn mark on hand.

We cuddled I fondled her breasts, patted her ***, dry humped (clothes on)

I know/think no risk but driving self crazy again and can't put myself on verge of mental breakdown awaiting test.

I texted lady and she was v kind saying she never had unprotected sex but refused to say she had had recent test-not sure it would have helped.

As I said more mental health I think. I know with my head silly to see the lady and won't again but just wanted some innocent fun.

God can't believe am here again-in this mental space!

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

If you don't do either of those activities, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.  Nothing else you can think of, including the event you described, is a risk for HIV, no matter what.

Sexually, if there was no unprotected penetration, then you had ZERO risk.

It does sound like you could use a little help with your mental health.  It's not very fun to live with OCD that causes panic over no-risk activities.
